Les crises successives du COVID et de la guerre en Ukraine sont l\u00e0 pour nous le rappeler. Nous avons aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e8s de 30&rsquo;000 personnes qui ont migr\u00e9 depuis f\u00e9vrier en Suisse, qui pour un bon nombre cherchent un emploi chez nous. Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019elles peuvent nous apporter de diff\u00e9rent&nbsp;? Sont-elles un poids pour les entreprises qui les engagent ou un atout&nbsp;? C\u2019est avec ces interrogations que j\u2019ai crois\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment un article qui \u00e9voquait le th\u00e8me des \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Mad skills<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les hard skills ou les comp\u00e9tences \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9tier\u00a0\u00bb<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>On connait bien les <em>hard skills<\/em>, largement valoris\u00e9es dans le monde du travail. Ce sont les comp\u00e9tences \u00ab&nbsp;m\u00e9tiers&nbsp;\u00bb, le savoir-faire concret. Elles peuvent d\u00e9sormais s\u2019acqu\u00e9rir plus ou moins facilement au travers de certaines  <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingsquare.com\/coaching-mentoring-academy\/trainings\/?for=coachingmentoring-formationsseminaires&amp;category=\">formation<\/a> ou de mentorat&nbsp;: En effet man\u0153uvrer une machine ou r\u00e9diger une offre commerciale, traduire un texte technique ou dessiner un plan de construction par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les soft skills ou le savoir-\u00eatre<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <em>soft skills<\/em> forment les comp\u00e9tences intra et interpersonnelles&nbsp;; ce qu\u2019on appelle commun\u00e9ment le savoir-\u00eatre. Elles sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels <a data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/coachingsquare.com\/business-manager\/trainings\/css-intelligence-emotionnelle\/\" href=\"https:\/\/coachingsquare.com\/business-manager\/trainings\/css-intelligence-emotionnelle\/\"><strong>d\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong><\/a>. \u00catre conscient de soi, de ses valeurs, de ses aspirations&nbsp;; savoir les exprimer avec assertivit\u00e9. Savoir communiquer et entretenir de mani\u00e8re durable des relations humaines. Montrer de l\u2019empathie&nbsp;; savoir prendre des d\u00e9cisions et r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes complexes. G\u00e9rer son stress et \u00e9galement communiquer son optimisme en sont aussi des exemples. Ces comp\u00e9tences sont en partie inn\u00e9es. On peut les d\u00e9velopper par des <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingsquare.com\/coaching-mentoring-academy\/trainings\/css-coaching\/\">trajets de coaching <\/a>ou des <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingsquare.com\/coaching-mentoring-academy\/trainings\/?for=coachingmentoring-formationsseminaires&amp;category=\">formations exp\u00e9rientielles.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et alors les mad skills?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais alors au final que sont les <em>mad skills<\/em>&nbsp;(comp\u00e9tences folles)? Ce sont des caract\u00e9ristiques atypiques, originales, acquises ou d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es \u00e0 travers des exp\u00e9riences de vie et qui jusqu\u2019ici peuvent parfois avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des \u00ab&nbsp;anomalies de parcours&nbsp;\u00bb qu\u2019on h\u00e9sitait parfois \u00e0 gommer de son CV ou alors occulter au moment d\u2019entretiens. Elles sont une sorte de <em>soft skills<\/em> rare ou accentu\u00e9e \u00e0 un point remarquable. On peut citer par exemple une cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 exacerb\u00e9e (on a toujours une autre id\u00e9e que le groupe), une grande rigidit\u00e9 (ce qui aide pour faire appliquer des processus), voire une belle capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se tromper (et apprendre de ses erreurs). On peut encore mentionner une technicit\u00e9 avanc\u00e9e dans un domaine artistique, sportif ou un moment de carri\u00e8re pass\u00e9 comme b\u00e9n\u00e9vole d\u00e9montrant un altruisme qui sort de l\u2019ordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 valoriser<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Notamment en se positionnant en demandeur d\u2019emploi&nbsp;: quelles sont alors les comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019il.elle a int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 valoriser&nbsp;? Certaines <em>hard skills<\/em> resteront fortement demand\u00e9es (celles qui ne seront remplac\u00e9es par l\u2019intelligence artificielle). Parmi celles-ci, les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques qui vont aider \u00e0 la digitalisation, la syst\u00e9mique pour analyser et r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes complexes pour ne mentionner que des comp\u00e9tences \u00ab&nbsp;cognitives&nbsp;\u00bb et non \u00ab&nbsp;manuelles&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et sur le march\u00e9 du travail ?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Les softs skills deviennent tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 du travail et incontournables pour des positions de managers qui doivent construire des \u00e9quipes, r\u00e9soudre des conflits, tol\u00e9rer un haut niveau de stress sans le communiquer \u00e0 ses collaborateurs.  Elles ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement faciles \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;vendre&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment les valoriser&nbsp;? <\/strong>Tout d\u2019abord en les assumant et en ayant la capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9montrer les liens que vous \u00e9tablissez entre ces comp\u00e9tences atypiques acquises et des <em>soft skills<\/em>&nbsp;: par exemple, votre ma\u00eetrise d\u2019un art peut d\u00e9montrer un esprit passionn\u00e9, une pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance ou cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00catre dot\u00e9 de <em>mad skills<\/em> ne sera pas souvent suffisant pour gagner la confiance d\u2019un recruteur. C\u2019est la bonne combinaison de <em>hard, soft <\/em>et<em> mad skills&nbsp;<\/em>qui vous rendra \u00ab&nbsp;unique&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En se positionnant maintenant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des entreprises, ont-elles avantage \u00e0 recruter des personnes poss\u00e9dant des <em>mad skills<\/em>&nbsp;? Elles le font d\u00e9j\u00e0&nbsp;! C\u2019est le cas, pour les start-up et PME qui ont compris qu\u2019il faut des comp\u00e9tences diff\u00e9rentes pour faire la diff\u00e9rence dans le futur.
