A la fois pour int\u00e9grer les nouvelles comp\u00e9tences mais aussi pour prendre le temps de les mettre en pratique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai rencontr\u00e9 des pr\u00e9textes \u00e9tranges et merveilleux pour expliquer pourquoi les <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingsquare.com\/business-manager\/trainings\/css-manager-coach\/\">managers<\/a> ne coachent pas ou ne coacheront pas. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est plus facile et plus rapide de leur dire quoi faire\u00a0\u00bb est un motif courant.  \u00ab\u00a0Je suis ici pour manager, pas pour coacher\u00a0\u00bb est une autre r\u00e9ponse que j&rsquo;ai pu entendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assurez-vous qu&rsquo;un coach qualifi\u00e9 est disponible pour vous aider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veillez \u00e0 avoir un suivi apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/coachingsquare.com\/business-manager\/trainings\/css-manager-coach\/\">la formation<\/a> afin de faire vivre le coaching dans l&rsquo;organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avant de commencer \u00e0 coacher, mon conseil est que vous preniez le temps de vous assurer que vous ayez contract\u00e9 votre r\u00f4le de coach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-verifiez-les-attentes\"><strong>V\u00e9rifiez les attentes<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-les-bienfaits-du-coaching\">Les bienfaits du coaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Asseyez-vous avec les membres de votre \u00e9quipe et expliquez-leur que vous allez les coacher. Assurez-vous qu&rsquo;ils comprennent ce qu&rsquo;est le coaching. Comment un coach fonctionne, quelles sont vos attentes (v\u00e9rifiez les leurs !) Comment le coaching peut leur \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique personnellement. Int\u00e9grez dans ce contrat le fait que vous allez consacrer du temps au coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-confiance-et-confidentialite\">Confiance et confidentialit\u00e9<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Int\u00e9grez un petit plus dans le contrat autour de la confidentialit\u00e9 et de la confiance. La confiance se cr\u00e9e en g\u00e9rant les attentes et respectant le contrat. Commencez \u00e0 le construire dans les temps afin de commencer \u00e0 coacher d\u00e8s le contrat \u00e9tabli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gardez-vous du temps. Pas seulement pour coacher la performance \u00ab sur le terrain \u00bb. Mais aussi pour coacher lors de \u00ab temps d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00bb pr\u00e9vus dans votre agenda. Si vous avez du mal \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les t\u00e2ches que vous devez accomplir en tant que manager, cherchez des moyens de d\u00e9velopper votre temps et vos comp\u00e9tences en gestion personnelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consacrez du temps lors de vos \u00e9changes pour discuter. Les coacher au travers de leurs objectifs et leurs probl\u00e8mes peut les faire avancer consid\u00e9rablement en tant qu&rsquo;individus !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les bons coachs sont conscients d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si on se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 Sir John Whitmore et au livre \u00ab\u00a0Coaching for Performance\u00a0\u00bb, les bons coachs sont conscients d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils \u00e9coutent attentivement. Ils questionnent de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e. Remettent en question les hypoth\u00e8ses et les actions. Ils dirigent  lorsque cela est appropri\u00e9, et que lorsqu&rsquo;ils savent que cela fera avancer leur coach\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-difference-entre-coach-et-manager\">Diff\u00e9rence entre coach et manager<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-coach-et-manager-coach\">Coach et Manager coach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une des principales diff\u00e9rences est que le coach ne porte pas de jugement et ne laisse pas l&rsquo;ego se mettre en travers de son chemin !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le coaching vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la performance des autres par le feedback, la motivation, l&rsquo;\u00e9coute active et le questionnement. Le coaching vise avant tout \u00e0 permettre au coach\u00e9 \u200b\u200bde le faire pour lui-m\u00eame !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dans-la-gestion-quotidienne-le-coaching-de-performance-peut-se-derouler-de-deux-facons-principales\"><strong>Dans la gestion quotidienne, le coaching de performance peut se d\u00e9rouler de deux fa\u00e7ons principales :<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00ab Sur le terrain \u00bb. Par exemple, observer un repr\u00e9sentant commercial, puis v\u00e9rifier comment l\u2019appel de vente s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 par la suite. Le coaching ici aiderait les repr\u00e9sentants commerciaux \u00e0 identifier ce qui s&rsquo;est bien pass\u00e9.  Et ce qui s&rsquo;est moins bien pass\u00e9. Quelles \u00e9taient les raisons pour lesquelles cela se passait bien ou moins bien ? Comment se sentaient-ils avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;appel ? Qu&rsquo;ont-ils remarqu\u00e9 chez leur client ? S&rsquo;ils devaient recommencer, maintenant, que feraient-ils diff\u00e9remment ? Etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Par un \u00ab\u00a0Temps D\u00e9di\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb au coaching. O\u00f9 les sujets sp\u00e9cifiques sont identifi\u00e9s et discut\u00e9s, par ex&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;J&rsquo;ai du mal avec l&rsquo;objectif num\u00e9ro 2. Comment puis-je me remettre sur la bonne voie ? Comment puis-je influencer ce client important pour qu&rsquo;il ach\u00e8te mes produits ? Etc.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les discussions avec les managers, beaucoup de bons coachings de performance se font \u00ab&nbsp;sur le terrain \u00bb. En ce qui concerne le coaching au travers de \u00ab temps d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00bb, la plupart des managers s&rsquo;accordent \u00e0 dire que cela ne se produit pas comme il se doit. Des r\u00e9unions de \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9vision\u00a0\u00bb ont lieu. Elles sont destin\u00e9es au rapport pour tenir le responsable au courant de ses progr\u00e8s. Afin que le responsable rende compte des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 la hi\u00e9rarchie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les managers doivent s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;ils int\u00e8grent les deux aspects du coaching dans leur journ\u00e9e.  Ceci afin de d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 la fois les comp\u00e9tences et les performances de l&rsquo;individu. Tout manager devrait se coacher (ou se faire coacher) en gestion personnelle : Comment structurez-vous votre journ\u00e9e ? Y a-t-il un \u00e9quilibre entre coaching de performance et coaching de temps d\u00e9di\u00e9 ?
